Roswell Pool and Spa

This Roswell estate called for a pool and spa that would integrate seamlessly with the home's architecture and the surrounding landscape. The design centers on clean lines and spatial flow, positioning the pool and spa as natural extensions of the living spaces rather than afterthoughts. Every element was carefully sited to frame views, maximize usable deck space, and create distinct zones for relaxation and gathering.

The construction approach prioritized precision in grading and drainage to work with the property's natural topography. We built the spa adjacent to the pool with a connecting spillway that creates both visual and kinetic interest. The deck materials were selected to complement the home's exterior palette while providing practical durability for a high-use outdoor room.

Materials and detailing reflect a refined aesthetic. The pool finish, spa jets, and hardscape surfaces work together as a cohesive composition. Lighting was integrated thoughtfully to extend the space into evening hours and highlight key architectural features of the pool structure and surrounding landscape.
