Before a shovel hits dirt, Brad sketches the full backyard by hand, master plan, elevations, and material palette. Watercolor concept drawings translate to detailed construction documents. Photo-realistic 3D renderings let you walk the space before the build begins.
The drawing on the right is one we did for a North Atlanta property. It became a built pool, a built spa, a built kitchen, and a built fire feature. The vision stays consistent from sketch to fill.
