This custom outdoor living project in Acworth, Georgia was designed to transform a sloped backyard into a highly functional, resort-inspired retreat. By carefully layering the space, we created distinct zones for swimming, entertaining, dining, and relaxing while maintaining strong visual and physical connections throughout the property.

The custom pool serves as the centerpiece of the design, featuring clean architectural lines, a raised wall with waterline tile detailing, and an integrated spa and sun shelf for casual, everyday use. Thoughtful elevation changes allow the pool to anchor the space while enhancing views from the home and surrounding outdoor living areas.

A covered pavilion extends the usability of the backyard well beyond the swim season, providing shaded seating, media, and swim-up bar access. Adjacent terraces accommodate outdoor dining and lounge furniture, while a lower lawn level with a custom fire pit creates an inviting gathering space for evenings and cooler months.
