     We did not end up purchasing that home, but the experience we had with Brad leading up, and including that walk-through was fantastic.  He was very flexible with scheduling to meet us to do the walk-through, and he took the time to step through possible complications with the install (which I appreciated since we all know those things can happen!), as well as options for a pool.  He was very positive in his approach and did not try to apply any pressure to move forward with his company.  You can tell that Brad loves what he does and will do everything possible to provide a positive experience in working with his clients.  Based on my experience working with Brad, I would highly recommend his company.
